I think it's the people again. They make me want to work and come to work.

Get better at communication b/w different teams, more transparency on decisions being made at the highest level.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the Individual contributors and folks below Director level are the best I've worked with across other organizations I've been in. I think senior leadership sometimes are out of touch, but directors and below, they're amazing to work with.
