I love my team and the work I do. I also used to love the amount of flexibility I had for my work-life balance. Unfortunately the second part of that no longer applies. If not for my team, I would have already left the company for a more flexible workplace (even for lower pay).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My fellow employees are talented and great to be around.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Changing their actions based on employee feedback. They love to "listen" to feedback, but I have never seen the executive team change course based on that feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is a team player, no one's looking to take credit over others. It's all about doing the work and doing it well as a team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of interest by executives in employee needs or opinions. This is especially evident by the incoming 9-5 five day in-office RTO policy that's incredibly unpopular across the company.
