Peers and colleagues are good to work with, executives don't share their plans openly enough or include the affected employees in making plans. Overall there's a lot I would improve but it's generally a mid-positive experience working here

Caring about their employees, committing to and communicating their strategy long-term, sharing Appian's financial successes with the employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base pay has changed very little over the past few years despite inflation and Appian becoming profitable. It would be good to see more commitment to employee wellbeing by increasing pay regularly and finding more ways to reward employees
