They care about each aspect of the business, not just the Sales or Technology teams.

I can ask anyone any question and I will always get a thoughtful and detailed answer.

The leadership team really wants to make everything more efficient. They have already taken away a lot of blockers that were slowing down our process.

Leadership wants to be reached out to and kept in the loop. I don't feel uncomfortable reaching out to very senior people if I need something.
