My experience of Appian is overall good, however I do feel it lacks some of the modern benefits company offers. An electric car scheme which many organisations offer these days., a company credit card, instead of using my own I'm waiting for reimbursement.

Approachable, helpful , insightful, focussed and driven
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very focused work force in my region. Nice office environment people willing to help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very open easy to talk to, pick you up if you're feeling down, always willing to share knowledge
What makes you most happy at work?
I very much enjoy working at Appian, it's a great product although some of our internal processes ironically are overly bureaucratic. I think we have to double click too many times. Which is ironic as we work for a process company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel due to long sales cycles and a focus on larger deals , missing your target is more likely. There needs to be a consideration , if a deal is 6mth or longer you may not earn any commission for long periods of time. This needs to be addressed
