Our team culture is strong, but we need a more rewarding sales culture.

Clear visibility, what is required and the goals that we are aiming to achieve from a growth perspective.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary, the managers comp plans this year are not aligned as they should be. My view these should be based on ACV, Renewals and delivery of CS. They are weak compared to the market.
