All actively engage with customers and are enthusiastic to assist in the sales process wherever they can. This type of support can not be underestimated. They also invest in the tools and methodology we need to succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We actively cooperate to overcome obstacles and care for each others well-being. If you have a question the time works to solve it. When you have an opportunity, everybody seeks to get involved and they actively do their part without having to be pushed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Appian seems to go out of its way to hire people who are positive, friendly and who take ownership of their responsibilities. The culture is one of the best I have worked in and their is a joint sense of trying to achieve something positive for our customers.
