The idea of dissent with respect - the people I work with take this seriously. We are able to express varying opinions, and discuss them to come up with the best course of action.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The HR mission and goals are focused on company goals, and have very little to do with the actual "Human" side of Human Resources. Too many policies are "one size fits all" that don't take into account variations in job function, team dynamics, or individual work styles.
