What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very visible. I don't go a day without seeing an executive. The ones in my department know my name.
What are some of the best things about your team?
More senior team members are very receptive to career conversations. My opinion on design choices has been valued since day 1.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Somewhat large disparity between Engineering pay and CS pay. Different skillsets, but value provided and difficulty of job feel more similar than pay reflects.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a clear set of to-do's and having enough time to get them done. There's a real sense of accomplishment that comes along with being part of a good team.
