Growing the company and having a dynamic, fast-paced culture. It's too clinical now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The RSU vesting scheme needs to move from annual to quarterly in line with most tech companies. I wouldn't have joined if I had known this.
