I think overall the people here are great and easy to work with but I feel the workload is a lot (what one person here does, was done across multiple roles in my prev job), work/life balance if you have kids is hard and RTO is a challenge (esp if far commute and you have kids)

Everyone is very nice and cares a lot about each other

I like seeing my teammates, but the commute is very tiring and hard (2.5 hours total daily)
