What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've never seen leaders care so deeply about their employees and ensuring they are compensated, valued, and enjoy where they work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is the best part. Bonus is okay, Equity is not even close to being competitive. Either we need to bump equity higher or move the amount into base and get rid of equity all together.
