I think the overall culture at Appian is great, but it's frustrating that with the RTO, only one other person from my team is with me in person, and we continue to hire people on my team that are virtual. It feels unfair and like a double standard.

Work-life balance is really good overall - good hours, fun events hosted, good benefits, reasonable and generous with treats

They're not only extremely smart, but also really motivating to the employees. I feel really empowered after every company meeting.
