Company is great if not a bit chaotic internally. I love collaborating mentality. Only real issues are unclear expectations and heavy workload. Boss is also not great. Delegate everything and doesn't seem to care about workload or my thoughts on projects or tasks.

I like how open and honest they are and seem to take feedback seriously. They are also involved in the day to day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare and base salary are probably the highlights. They also have a lot of additional things that are nice like the lifestyle allowance
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my co-worker and she has strengths that are my weakness and vice versa. Balance each other. Good attitude as well. The rest of the stakeholders I work with are also very open to help and collaborate
