I get the chance to work with some of the most talented and intelligent people every day. People who speak their minds, listen, challenge, and continue to strive to be better (and bring others with them!).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I've valued the most about our leadership team, especially during this pandemic, is their openness. Our CEO has been hosting bi-weekly live streams to inform our employees around the world on the latest updates and has been sharing inspiring stories behind company wins.
What makes you most happy at work?
While departments will always have unique ways of working, the one thing that's consistent across Appian globally is everyone is always willing to help you. I've never come across someone who isn't open to sharing best practices, or just open to offering a lending hand.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best thing about the culture and environment of my company is knowing I can bring my whole self to work. Outside of just my peers within my department, Appian has employee-led employee resource groups (e.g., AppianWOMEN), where I've had the chance to meet and connect with more of my peers!
