What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like access to the Valo Park facilities and the life style account.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We take our work seriously, but when appropriate, we just chat, smile, and laugh together. They are all great people to be around and I know that I can lean on them when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The community. We all value each others work and opinions. We do not try and cut each other down. I also like that we have community events so after work, we can occasionally get together and have a good time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that they are open to hearing from everyone. Something from today's quarterly meeting was along the lines of "if you can change my mind for something better, please do". I also like that they know things can be stressful and want to make sure we have a good work life balance.
