Connecting with customers and being able provide insight with conviction about how we can really help them and their business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The sense of community on non-work topics is strong and they put together non-work activities that keep us engaged in social and intellectual topics
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am definitely under-market value and don't feel the team was open to negotiation. As well, I am not pleased that there was a change to the comp plan with no communication or explanation recently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is unified in communicating willingness to help at every level. Our CRO, while new, seems to have not mastered what i would call effective top-down communication. Overall, however, the leadership team is engaged and has a unified message.
