I have been pleasantly surprised by my experience so far with Appian. I wasn't sure about moving into the software space after taking the role as a bit of a career change, but I am so glad that I took the chance (and that Appian did as well)!

Everyone is hardworking, motivated and ready to help. I'm enjoying being surrounded by such a high performing and genuine team. It definitely feels like we are all working towards achieving the same thing, and everyone works equally as hard towards this
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a very positive culture at Appian. I have felt very welcomed and supported from my first day, and surprisingly quite connected given I started during COVID and working from home. You really feel part of a larger team network which is fantastic
