The best part about my compensation package is that I'm eligible for merit increases and that I'm paid fairly in the market.

Our team is always willing to help one another. Beyond that, our team cares about one another outside of just the scopes of our roles!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Whenever I have a question or concern I am able to reach out to my manager, director, or anyone within the company to resolve the issue. There is open communication here with genuine desire to help and make things better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm so thankful for our team. I came from a company where I was just a number, but here at Appian I am valued as a contributor, as an individual with ideas to progress the company's success, and most importantly as a person.
