It has been great. I love my job, my team, and the company culture as a whole. I feel that I am pushed daily to be my best, while also being encouraged to continue growing, learning, and moving up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Probably what I mentioned previously - the support I receive from my coworkers and my manager.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to do my job without being micro-managed. I greatly appreciate the trust that is put in me to do my job well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is nice, supportive, and intelligent. I feel motivated to do my best at work, but supported when things do not go perfectly as planned.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexible PTO has been very helpful. I think it speaks highly of Appian to put that trust in your employees to be responsible with PTO and balancing work/personal life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel very supported within my role, as well as in my personal life. Specifically with my manager - Kelsey has been really invested in my career at Appian, not just my current role but where I see myself going, as well.
