What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly the ability to work from home and be able to do it at my pace is really great. The flexibility Appian provides really puts them ahead of many companies out there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While my days can be long depending on deadlines and needs of the department, I do feel that most people understand and enforce a healthy work life balance. If I need to take time off, there is no question about me being able to take it. The team is always there to support you.
