I believe I am paid a competitive salary for the role I am in. Maybe the best part is if goals are exceeded there are accelerators that kick in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team is focused on the mission of the company and also listens to the voices of both employees and customers. I also really like the fact that the team responds quickly.
