Collaboration! Everyone on my team is willing to step in and help out. There's no cliques or judgement, everyone just really enjoys working with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way that any employee can approach them and ask them questions about Appian + their career growth. They're personable - which is something I haven't seen at my previous companies and is very refreshing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to grow into any career path with endless opportunities to succeed here at Appian. They want to set you up for success here and if you feel you aren't growing the way you want in your role, they are open to finding you something new whether that be a new role or a new team.
