Working at APS has truly been a breath of fresh air. Coming from a competitor, it quickly became apparent that this is an organization that trusts it's team members to do propel the company forward. No micromanaging, no politics. And because of that, we move quickly and intentionally.
As a member of the Tax Team, we are able to assist our clients one on one. Our clients appreciate the direct contact with the team members that are taking care of their business. It is great to work with a team that puts the client's need at the top - it makes a difference!
A great company which operates with integrity and strives to do good by its employees and its clients!

They will create positions for people .. move them around .. find a fit ... even for some that you thought should just be gone.

At the surface, there doesn't appear to be much diversity. When you look deep at the backgrounds and lives of our family, you find those diverse, interesting enigmas we all have.

Met with Client Services Manager and HR. Within the week of the interview I was completing paperwork.
