Working at APS has truly been a breath of fresh air. Coming from a competitor, it quickly became apparent that this is an organization that trusts it's team members to do propel the company forward. No micromanaging, no politics. And because of that, we move quickly and intentionally.
As a member of the Tax Team, we are able to assist our clients one on one. Our clients appreciate the direct contact with the team members that are taking care of their business. It is great to work with a team that puts the client's need at the top - it makes a difference!

Good grief this could take a while - especially that onboarding new hire training. But it depends on the position I suppose.

APS pays for it, but you are very limited on Dr.'s you can visit and places you can use those benefits at.

1. How frequently things change. 2. Promotion from within is not something they do, but they will make every attempt to create a position for you if the current one isn't working the way they anticipated it to.

Actually embrace diversity. Allowing managers to hire people with the same personality and fire them for very little, creates bad culture
