What is the best part about your compensation package?
The yearly increase percentage that they offer without me asking. Plus, the company has their own benefits and insurance team that works with medical claims.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always available and hard workers. They work from early morning to late afternoon. They keep us updated with the company's strategy, goals and results. It is encouraged and inspired everyone to work hard.
