What is the best part about your compensation package?
Preventative care is excellent! Fort Smith locations have preferred care locations dedicated to our employees. I can usually get in the same day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership develops personal relationships with each employee. It is not uncommon for a VP to ask how my children are or how a trip went. It is a small company feel.
