Learning new things about the industry and teaching others what I've learned is very rewarding.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The rates on insurance are very good and works with several medical providers in the area.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They clearly communicate goals and objectives, and make good decisions. I never feel like they're hiding something from the rest of the group.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We say often that we enjoy the challenges that come with difficult problems. We're not afraid to dig into issues to get fast and accurate results.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together as a group, and communicate with each other when changes are made. We coordinate often to discuss new accounts and SOPs for handling them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that I met with every senior manager in our department to get a feel for how the different moving pieces fit together. It was also nice to see the familiar faces again on the first day.
