That we are not micro-managed! It gives the team the confidence to do our job at the best of our ability
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New employees coming in with degrees and zero experience are getting compensated better than others that have been with the company longer and are a valuable asset to the team. It just needs re-evaluated for fairness across the board.
