The executive team exemplifies the company's core values. They don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk.

The people that I interviewed with were down to earth, friendly, and welcoming. It felt like a friendly conversation rather than like an interrogation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a small team but their is mutual respect and appreciation for each other. We feel comfortable giving honest feedback and sharing ideas. There is complete trust.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We place a high level of importance on our core values and tie our performance evaluations, goals and development planning to those values. It helps us hire the right people and continually honor our values of integrity, collaboration, creativity, growth, excellence and wellness.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the fact that every time I go to a pharmacy or new doctor and they ask what insurance I have, I can just say, "I work at ArcBest," and they respond with "Oh, well you're good then." This company is know throughout the community for having great benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work with wonderful people who encourage me, challenge me to grow, and show their appreciation for what I do. I love receiving praise and appreciation from the highest levels of the company. It makes feel valued by the company and makes me want to go above and beyond in everything I do.
