What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet several department heads in back to back interviews. This gave me a broad view of what ArcBest had to offer without taking up too much of my time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance and benefits available to ArcBest employees is the best I've ever seen. I have been able to cover my family as well as myself with very little out of pocket expense. Truly amazing!
