Despite the high turnover rate of my department and COVID, we make it a priority to get to know one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that student workers should be paid comparably to other employees if they have been with the company for at least 6 months to a year, including the same benefits such as parking spots and vacation time.
