I was interviewed twice; provided a job offer within the week. I liked that it was fast and not dragged out.

We collaborate together. If we need help, who ever we ask for help, that person will stop what they're doing to help the other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do wish my salary was higher. My manager has been trying to get me more money but it has not been approved. Best part is health insurance.
