Learning and professional growth are supported and valued. The general culture is very positive, and leadership very much believes in the core values they established for the company. One area to improve: Fire for character. The bad apples contaminate the subcultures throughout the organization.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fire for character. No one is irreplaceable. If an individual, particularly anyone in a management role, demonstrates poor character or disregard for the core values, they should be removed from the organization. It is the #1 threat to our culture that I see.
