They are personable and willing to take your opinions and ideas into consideration to better the workplace experience for both internal and external customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the value my job brings to the company as a whole and the requirements made on my position to achieve the workload placed in my responsibility I believe the pay grade is lacking considerably and should be adjusted accordingly.
