Growing up, I often heard that ArcBest was a great place to work. Having been here several years I can say that this is certainly a well deserved reputation.

The compensation package is very fair, especially in this part of the country.

The relationships I have with my coworkers. We care about our work tasks and each other.

The leadership team advocates and follows our corporate values. I appreciate the dedication to doing things the right way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaboration is one of our core values. I deal with different departments every day and almost every interaction is a positive interaction with people willing to help out a fellow coworker.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Genuine friendships and caring have developed in our department. Family hardships, such a death or long term illness, result in coworkers banding together to support their coworker. It often reminds me how church members band together to help a fellow member through hard times.
