Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the market and my skillsets, I do feel that I could be making more money elsewhere, but it is the relationships I've built that keep me here.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't just about the objectivity of the role that was discussed. It was conversational to be able to figure out if we are culturally the right match for each other.
