My overall experience has been good. I can tell ArcBest truly cares about their employees. It is a great place to work, with good benefits. I will say we are behind the industry when it comes to our paid time off and pay increases in various departments.

Everyone here feels like family. We genuinely care about each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Applying online was easy. The interviews were timely and I had no issues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership creates an environment that you want to be apart of. I wish everyone had leaders like mine because their positive attitude is contagious and encouraging.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tolerating poor performers and giving them pay increases and promotions will always make those who work harder feel undervalued. Having automated increases every 6 months based on performance could help this issue.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I believe I have on of the best teams at ArcBest. We are not only coworkers, but also friends. Having people you enjoy working with makes a difference in how much you enjoy work.
