Everyone is genuinely friendly and kind. The people of ArcBest are truly what makes it a great company to work for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really do care about you not only in a career perspective but outside of a work environment as well. They want you to have a healthy work/life balance as well as for you to be healthy physically and mentally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if ArcBest doesn't pay their employee accurately based on other comparable positions outside of the organization. If I didn't like the other aspects of my job and compensation was the only remaining factor keeping me at ArcBest, I would not stay.
