Majority of employees have a good team to work with and having that team dynamic can make or break your experience.

My team is amazing! We are full of positive, driven, collaborative team members that supports each other inside and outside of work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Aside from my team, I love interacting with my customers! It's rewarding when they are excited and happy to work with us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I'm not sure anyone likes going through an interview process but ArcBest gives you the support of recruiters to help guide and direct you. This helps give candidates confidence going into their interview!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they take the time to visit with employees. If you run into them in person, they are approachable and friendly and always willing to give advice or have a quick chat!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
If you ask people why they might leave, the result would be because of pay. I recognize that ArcBest tries to take proactive steps to alleviate the pain of cost of living but in the long-run, it's not sufficient for employees.
