Leadership is always willing and happy to help with questions, concerns and feedback. I feel like I could approach anyone higher than me and just chat with them - they are great!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation has to be the insurance benefits - I can walk into the company-owned clinic almost any time I need and never have to pay a dime to see a physician.
