What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how I am heard. If I have an issue, my opinion matters to my direct leadership. I love how I am sought after for my thoughts when needed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed the in person interview I had; however, remote interviews make it hard to create a true connection with the interviewer. As someone with severe anxiety, I wish I could've received the questions before the interview to eliminate the fear ahead of time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is cheesy to say, but we are truly family. We have built such a great relationship of trust that I can engage with them on a personal and professional level. They make coming to work enjoyable. When someone isn't in the office, their presence is missed.
