The leaders I have interviewed with ask really great questions and make you feel comfortable. They are looking for the best qualified but also culture fits and I think they have a good eye for that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are really close and look out for each other. We are always quick to lend a helping hand. When one of us is out, we genuinely miss that person. It makes the work a lot easier when you have a team like mine that makes you laugh and shows they care for you.
