What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The open-door approach management fosters, always approachable and feeling free to be able to discuss anything and everything.
What makes you most happy at work?
The interaction with co-workers as well as others. Making a difference and hoping to leave them with a brighter outlook.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a smaller, centralized and focused one. But there is no competition or striving for next promotion. We all work together to successfully succeed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer always makes a point of making me feel comfortable and at ease. Even when not getting positions applied for, felt like my application was taken seriously and I was treated with respect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy when I go to get new glasses. The Dr.'s office always comment on how good our insurance coverage is. It covers a lot of items that would be considered out of pocket for other companies.
