The variable compensation is fair and the guidelines are clearly communicated well in advance so you know what is needed to achieve the maximum payout.

They're all genuinely good people. The culture is outstanding and people at all levels of the organization are excellent in their respective area. They also treat each other respectfully. It's a great place to work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company truly cares about their people. From the top down, the employees have strong character - that creates an environment where people trust each other. When that happens, you can be more transparent and more effective.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I can make a difference. We are going through a transformation and I love knowing that we are doing things that will keep the company around another 100 years and that we are changing to meet our customer's needs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was straight forward. I knew who I was going to meet with and I got to meet people from different departments. They were all nice and it wasn't a grilling session. We had a discussion where each of us got to make sure it was a mutually beneficial match.
