What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have seriously great insurance. However, I wish my eating disorder therapy was covered.

I have how genuine they are, caring, compassionate - we are a values-based organization from the top-down.

My boss is amazing, a true leader and so smart. What a role model and mentor I have been blessed with!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to travel from Ohio to Fort Smith and see the new building and meet the team - so fun!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and that I can be creative each day. I love talking with the Panther drivers and writing content for them. Every day is new and different.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Right now, I feel incredibly lucky to be working from home - I love it! But I miss all my Fort Smith friends while I am based in Ohio. I hope we can all travel soon in the next year or two. There has been very clear communication since the pandemic and I have really appreciated that.
