I am 55 years young, working at ArcBest for just 3 short years, I have been employed since I was 16. This is easily the best company culture, the best leaders, the best Manager ( by far), I have ever experienced. I can still move up or into another area. There is no ceiling. I LOVE IT!

exceptance, diversity and wellness. The company cares about the individual employee as much as the the price of stock.

leadership sees us as people not a number and treats us accordingly, pay is the best benefit, company earns we earn.

We respect each other and learn something everyday. We all have a common goal to give our customer the best experience possible.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The focus was on what I think I could do not on what they think I could do. I came from another industry but it didnt matter.
