What is the best part about your compensation package?
ArcBest's benefits package has been amazing for me and my family. I've never had any issues whatsoever when working with the ArcBest benefits team, and they've always been incredibly responsive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work on a small team, but the teamwork and culture makes it so that work is never stale or monotonous. Every day includes something new and fresh, and that is thanks in large part to the team's culture and composition.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is thorough, but I think that's how you end up with such a strong culture and good teammates. I much prefer the thorough interview process over working with people that didn't deserve the job in the first place.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling the security of having good management, an interactive and flexible workplace, good teammates to work with day in and day out, a stable future for the company, and bringing home a good paycheck are all things that make me happy to work at ArcBest.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work culture is always a hugely important aspect of how successful a company is and will be, and I've always been fascinated with the ArcBest team culture. There are tons of different departments, but they all support each other and do whatever they can to help each other be successful.
