What makes me most happy at work is interacting with my co-workers. We are a tight-knit group and we get along really well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership has an open-door policy, and they are very accessible. They actually listen to our ideas and feedback. I feel like they truly care about the experience of their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am on an incredible team! My co-workers and I mesh really well, and we're all good friends. I even consider my manager a friend, too. My team is one of the best parts about working here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package isn't necessarily the package itself; rather, it's the earning potential and advancement opportunities. I know that if I stay here long term and perform well, I will be able to work my way up.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I've held two different positions within the company. Each time I've interviewed, the interviews felt less like an interview and more like a conversation, which was nice. The people were friendly and welcoming. Interviews are never easy, but the process itself was pretty straight-forward.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think my management helps create a positive environment. I feel comfortable going to them with issues or mistakes, and their first response is always "how can I help?" My team is also great about creating a positive environment by supporting each other and rooting for each other's successes.
