What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Over the past 5 years or so, the environment at the HQ has relaxed a lot. From the dress code to the work structure, leadership has allowed for flexibility.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Several doctors and optometrists have mentioned that the health care benefits for ArcBest are some of the best in my state. I also appreciate the company's contributions to my 401K.
